No news have been posted on the English site since May....
Now I am working on the resum� for the year with all that has been done
by my great puppybuyers throughout the year - I promise you some great reading once it is ready.

We have pups! Keno gave birth to 10 fine pups on the 24th May

7 girls and 3 boys. See their own site for more info or the "Pups-and-Plans-site"
The pedigree has lots of very good workers and we have strong belief that the pups will be hard workers aswell.

Kevin - Gilliam�s Gold One of a Kind - and handler/owner Patricia has taken
2 CC�s from Youngsterclass at 2 shows, crowning the 2nd one with Best Male and BOS.

As it is custom not to take any CC�s you don�t need he is now put away for a few months
until August when he will be 2 years and able to take his 3rd CC to be Champion.

In Russia, Ruyrik - Gilliam�s Gold Ruyrik of Sweden -
has taken 2 CC�s and a BOB with his handler Polina.


On the Aland Island our Zingo got not less than 3 fine prizes for 2010.


Best Young showdog, Best Allrounder, Best showdog

 - Gilliam�s Gold Fenix Forever -

Ajax- Gilliam�s Gold the New Bennu - started their showcarrier very nicely.

First time out in Moheda and they won the juniorclass with Excellent and got a CC-qualityaward.

Thyra- Gilliam�s Gold Dr�mvinsten - is now a bloodtrackingchampion!

After only some weeks of training they took on the tracks and is now called
SEVCH Gilliam�s Gold Dr�mvinsten.

Lizzie- Gilliam�s Gold Let the Fun Start - was BOB-puppyclass 4-6 mts
with handler Pirjo, and the words "a real show-lady" written in the critics.


Trassa- Gilliam�s Gold Yes Please - and handler/owner �sa first time out competing obedience.

A very promising debut with classwinning 189p /200p.

Norton- SEVCH Gilliam�s Gold Nothing but the Best - and handler/owner G�ran
together with Unni - Gilliam�s Gold for Your Eyes Only - and handler/owner Marie
were both finalists at the FCRS:Western branch�s WT.

Unni in the beginnersclass and Norton in the mixed Open/Elite.
Unni scored a nice 80p and Norton 85p.

Putte - Gilliam�s Gold Uno Sed Leo - and handler/owner Britt was awarded
1 st prize with Honours and best dog in Beginners class at a cold game test. Way to go!

2011 couldn�t have started any better. At International Show "My Dog" in Gothenburg,
Kevin - Gilliam�s Gold One of a Kind - and handler Patricia won the youngsterclass 15-24 mths
with cc-quality and was placed 4 Best Male, beating 5 Champions and lots of other very nice dogs.

Gilliam�s Gold Pring My Ride born Nov 25th 2010

I want to wish all of our friends a very, Happy New Year and complete the news with the latest news of the year.
I am just completing the resume for 2010 and it will soon be out. Nixon will go see her boyfriend Isac in just a few days and from the Pringles-litter, soon 5 weeks, there is still a wonderful boy for sale. Lots of new pics and films on their own site.

Last show of the year in Sweden is also the biggest one - in Stockholm.
2 very young junior males just turning 9 mths representing the kennel.
Therese and Texas - GG Son of the Sun - and from Aland Island Linda and
Zingo - GG Fenix Forever. Both of them got 1st prizes and very nice critics
and Texas was placed with honory prize. The judge was Frank Whyte


Racy, balanced youngster. Very good head and eye. Holds good topline and tailset. Covered the ground well. Most promising. Needs time to complete the picture. Presented in good condition

Good head and eye. Good neck and overall outline. Racy, balanced youngster presented in good coat. Holds good profile and good front action. Prefere more width in the rear. Very promising!

At the Finnish winner show in Helsinki we had Zingo from the Aland Island and Chessie from the northern Finland representing us in Junior class - on the first day of being able to attend the class.

Zingo who was awarded BOS pup the week before got a 1st prize in the class and Chessie was unfortunately given a blue ribbon this time.

Our Russian Viking Ruyrik - Gilliam�s Gold Ruyrik of Sweden - attended a retriever special in Moscow. He was given Excellent in Youngsterclass from the judge B�rge Espeland, Norway.

The Swedish Kennelclub�s International CACIB-show in V�xj�
had only one representative from the kennel, among the 64 entered Flatcoats.
Kevin - Gilliam�s Gold One of a Kind - in Juniorclass (9-15 mts)
At 14 months Kevin won his class and got cc-qualityaward, the ticket into best male class.
In Best Male he was placed Reserve in competition with among others 6 champion males, beating 4 of them.

What a first year for Patricia and Kevin! Youngsterclasswinners at the Flatcoated Championships and 1st prize in Beginnersclass at official cold game test. BOB-puppy and now winning the Juniorclass with cc-qualityaward and R Best Male for the breedspecialist Bertil Lundgren.

Lovely critics:
14 mth male of excellent quality with beautiful lines. Long beautiful head, dark beautiful eyes.
Good neck and shoulder. Very well angulated. Good forechest and ribs with stylish topline.
Moves with long strides, is yet a bit narrow back and toe in front. Good bone and coat.
 
Texas - Gilliam�s Gold Son of the Sun - and his handler Therese
went to an unofficial Kennelclub show in �rebro. BOB and BIG-2 with a lovely critics.

Beautiful head, correct bite. Good head and foreches good depth of chest. Nice over- and underlines. Well angulated front and back. Excellent movements.

Chessie - Gilliam�s Gold Fenix Angha - and Charlotte did their debut in the showring
at the Finnish Kennelclub�s international CACIB-show in S�in�joki.
Brilliant result with best bitch pup with Honory-award and BOS-pup

Akila - Gilliam�s Gold SomeOne Special - and Susanne also attended a show this week-end.
The Kennelclub of Halland and the annual "Hallandsvalpen".
Akila was in Juniorclass and was best male junior with honoryaward and BOS-Junior.

Via ultrasound we can now announce that Viwi - Gilliam�s Gold Once You Pop -
will have puppies end November.

Alex - Gilliam�s Gold Suomi Poika - went to the Finnish Retriever special show
with over 170 Flatcoats!!!
In the Juniorclass, there was 11 boys and Alex was nicely placed no 3

Alice - Gilliam�s Gold Lett � Vinne - won her second obediencecompetition
in obedienceclass I, at 186,5p/100p and got her second 1st prize in the class.

Got an e-mail from Lidia in Russia saying that a grandchild of Lucky�s
- MultiCH Gilliam�s Gold Black Russian - got the European Junior Winner title in Slovenia.
It is lovely to see how you have preserved and evolved our lines Lidia.

Also fun that the little boy carries his grandmother�s name - Black Russian -
that I picked for Lucky soon to be 9 years ago.
Biggest hugs in the world to you and George!!!!

Bundy - Gilliam�s Gold My Number One - did with owner/handler Kresten
the Danish fieldqualification test. Both parts went very well.
Big congrats to Kresten who is now qualified to enter the showring in workingclass,
being able to get the Danish CC�s.
Kresten also wanted to tell us about the debut at "the real thing".
Bundy did a great job and behaved excellent throughout the whole day
with over 500 shots and all the other dogs working


Viwi - Gilliam�s Gold Once You Pop - met with Finnish gentleman Nemo
 - FinUCH Celtair Rustic Ranger - in Finland
and now we keep our fingers crossed for some babies in November....

They did it again....
 Fantastic-Duo Ingela och Danne - SEVCH Gilliam�s Gold Active Fit -
took a 1st prize at their second try in Eliteclass!!
There are no words to describe how proud I am of this duo


�se never stops impressing. She has now taken youngster no 2 into Openclass
when Ior - Gilliam�s Gold the One - at 13 mths got his official 1st prize
at the Goldenclub�s official cold game test.
The textmessage I got read:

Viwi - Gilliam�s Gold Once You Pop - is now in heat so we are looking forward
to our trip to the northern part of Finland to meet with Nemo in Ule�borg/Oulu

Alex - LpI LpII SEVCH Gilliam�s Gold Black Temptation -
and Britt has now gathered 3x necessary points
in Advanced class in Rally-obedience, the last one with a runner-up-position
and 92p at a competition where 4 out of 9 were disqualified,
and can now call themselves RallyChampion!




Mazetti - Gilliam�s Gold Fenix Garuda - has now moved to V�rmland
and I wish you all the best with your new familymember.



The young dogs from the Keno-litter are continously impressing.
Mella - Gilliam�s Gold L�rdagsgodis - and Carina
were team no 3 from the litter to take a 1st prize in Beginners class at official test,
qualifying for Open, at only 1,5 yrs of age.


From the same litter Carola and Alice - Gilliam�s Gold Lett � Vinne -
took a 1st prize in Obedience class I at their first competition, qualifying for class II.


August 20th 2010 will be a day to remember!
At the Flatcoated Retreiver club�s official cold game test,
4 Gilliam-dogs entered and 3 of them got 1st prizes in Beginners class,
qualifying for Open and the 4th got a very nice 2nd prize!

Norton - SEVCH Gilliam�s Gold Nothing but the Best - and G�ran went out as no 2 of 16 and did a very calm and stabil work.
	Thyra - Gilliam�s Gold Dr�mvinsten - and Maggan also looked very stabil and the judge (Willy Gustafsson) gave praise to her free search.
Brother no 1 Kevin - Gilliam�s Gold One of a Kind - and Patricia also did a nice, calm and stabil work and with the flow he was in - ofcourse it rendered a 1st prize!
	Brother no 2, Ior - Gilliam�s Gold the One - and �se, saw some ghosts on the free search and were thus not so effective as they could have been. An otherwise very good work rendered them a very nice 2nd prize. 2x2nd prize at only 1 yrs is very well done.

Only 2 days later 3 of the dogs entered at the big Kennelclub Puppyspecial
- V�stkustvalpen - took home Puppyclass I (4-6 mths) with BOB and BOS
and BOB in Juniorclass (9-12 mths)

What a fantastic week-end we have had!!
Out of 57 dogs from 5 countries entered in Youngsterclass at
the Flatcoated Retriever Championship, 2 were in the finals.
Patricia with her Kevin - Gilliam�s Gold One of a Kind -
and �se with her Sputnik - Gilliam�s Gold Kung Keno.
After Saturday�s qualifying round Kevin was no 2 only 1p behind the leader
and only 2 p behind Kevin, together with 2 other dogs - we had Sputnik.
They were the Sunday�s 5 youngsterdogs for the finals.
After the finals were done on Sunday, we had no idea what the 3 judges thought
but when the winner was called there was not a dry eye....

Sputnik was no 5 but got the special judges prize for best free search!!
I am soooo proud!
Thanks and well done all of you other paricipants from the kennel -
Carina and Mella did a very good job at their absolute debut and Marie and Unni did a swell job
and ended up 15 out of the 57 youngsters. Maggan and Thyra - always even and good working
and Moa who has only been training her Connor on the weekends.

Ingela in elite for the first time started out as winners with 20-18-17....
then came the 4th round and it started absolutely brillant.... looking good for the future Ingela!

I took a good look at the Copperbirch labradors website and read under "News"

At the triple international dog show in J�nk�ping
I was working as a ringsteward all 3 days but Yessie
- Gilliam�s Gold Black Addiction - was entered one of the days in Veteranclass.
She got a cc-quality-award won the veteranclass and was BOB-veteran.

Not every day one has 2 dogs in the BIS-ring at the Kennelclub.... At the Kennelclub show in V�nersborg Gizer - Gilliam�s Gold Energizer Lithium - was BOB puppy (6-9 mths)

and Grandma Yessie - Gilliam�s Gold Black Addiction -
 was Best Veteran bitch with CC-quality, BOB Veteran and 4th best bitch.
Handled by Johanna.

Moa and Connor  - Gilliam�s Gold there Can B Only One -
debuted in official class and was placed no 2 with special honory award.

At the International Show in Helsinki little Alex - Gilliam�s Gold Suomi Poika -
won the juniorclass and was BOS-junior with cc-quality for Breedspecialist Kirsi Nieminen.



From Denmark Kresten reports that Bundy - Gilliam�s Gold My Number One -
is now qualified in the field. 


The Clubshow had 140 entries and only one representative from the kennel.
Karoline and Assar - Gilliam�s Gold Mad About the Boy -
 entered in a big Juniorclass and was nicely placed no 4 with special honory award

After this 2nd 1st prize in Open they are now qualified for Elite!
